Lord Buddha is traditionally regarded as the ninth avatar of Vishnu. His incarnation is seen as a means to teach compassion and non-violence (ahimsa) and to reform certain ritualistic practices that had become prevalent in Hinduism at the time. Buddha’s teachings emphasized ethical living, compassion for all beings, and the pursuit of enlightenment.It is a very popular theme in Mithila .

In this workshop we will create a theme where Lord Buddha is dipicted meditating under the Bodhi Tree surrounded by Aquatic flora and fauna. The workshop will also serve as a window to Lord Vishnu's Dashaavatar series.
