In Mithila paintings, the depiction of day-to-day chores serves as a window into the cultural and social life of the region. These paintings are not merely decorative but often narrate stories, reflect rituals, and capture the daily activities of the people.

Depiction of farming activities, household chores, festivals, market places, gatherings, religious and wedding rituals is an integral part of these paintings.In this workshop we will create compositions based on these daily activities.
